Someone apparently never told Level that rap-rock is on the decline. Sad, because this California based outfit's 13-track release is pretty direct and effective, and the dual vocalist's pain is concise and comes off as very honest. It's just that Linkin Park has hoarded the whole genre, leaving nothing for bands like Level to achieve. If you dig Ill Nino, the ubiquitous LP, or Hed PE, Level's brand of heavy choruses with rapping verses should be right up your nu metal alley.
